Terms and Conditions for Done-For-You GHL CRM 12-Month Package and One-Off Projects

By engaging in AutoGrow with Joana Maas for the Done-For-You 12-Month GHL CRM Package or a one-off CRM setup project, you, the Client, agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which set expectations and define obligations for both parties.

Package Commitment for 12-Month Service

12-Month Term:

By purchasing this package, you are committed to a full 12-month service term with Joana Maas.

Contract Termination:

This contract is binding for the full 12 months, and may only be broken due to failure from Joana Maas or Client not responding within 4 weeks or responding in abusive behaviour to complete the project as outlined.

Early Termination:

Failure to fulfill the 12-month term without valid cause may result in legal action.

One-Off Projects

Project Completion:

For one-off projects, the client confirms that the CRM setup is complete upon project sign-off.

Project Timeline:

Each one-off project is expected to take up to 4 weeks to complete.

Client Obligations:

The client agrees to provide all relevant information, assets, and materials required to complete the project in a timely manner.

Results from Facebook ads are influenced by factors such as industry, target audience, and budget. While efforts will be made to optimize ad performance, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

System Glitches and Support

System Glitches:

Occasionally, technical issues or glitches may occur within the GHL CRM system.24/7 Support Center: If any issue arises, clients should contact the GHL support center, available 24/7.

Urgent Issues: For urgent matters, please reach out to the 24/7 support team directly for immediate assistance.

Business Hours

Operating Hours:

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Communication and project updates will take place during these hours.

Communication and Security

Project Management Tools:

Communication will primarily occur through project management tools, such as Trello or Asana, to facilitate project tracking.

Client Collaboration:

The client is expected to communicate regularly and provide feedback to ensure project completion.

Password Security:

All passwords and sensitive information will be securely managed and will not be shared with any unauthorized parties.

Termination Clause

Client’s Commitment:

By entering into this agreement, the client agrees to fulfill the terms outlined in the selected service package.

AutoGrow & Team's Obligation:

Joana & team is committed to delivering services as promised. In the event of failure to meet these obligations, the client reserves the right to terminate the contract.
