What other fees are involved?
The only additional fees involved are a ONE off fee to register / host your funnel making it live online. It's basically to host your pages live. If you already have a hosting provider like namecheap or godaddy, we will use your hosting name already registered. If not we will need to register your business name online (we will do it for you). This is a ONE OFF SETUP FEE, then it will be a 97USD per month fee which is for the system itself. To track, manage and follow up with everything business related in one platform. You can choose to use the built-in SMS or EMAIL provider within the system, but it's NOT relevant. If you choose to use the built in SMS or EMAIL we recommend starting with a $20 dollar payment within your account, which is used for SMS & Email automation within your Go High Level. It's a pay as you go payment based on how many emails and sms are sent. Think of it like a phone top-up payment.
Go High Level is the recommended CRM that is required. If you don't have an account, we will create you an account under our business "AutoGrow Pro". Please note all Prices are in USD.
What if I already have a Go High Level Account?
You will need to join our Agency Account "AutoGrow Pro" you wont need to start from scratch all you need to do is transfer your account to our agency account and have all current build out, automations and other build out will transfer to our agency account.
What are the monthly packages?
We have 2 main monthly packages the Done For You and the Done With You for a 6 month on-going service for both. You can pay per month for the 6 months or a ONE OFF FEE - at a discounted price. After the 6 months are over, you. can continue for another 6 month duration or can discus a month to month on-going based on where you are in your business. Or can choose to upgrade once your business grows.
What if I don't even have a CRM?
If you don't have a CRM we will set up an accent for you with our agency account - "AutoGrow Pro" and continue the process for the either the Done For You Service or the Done With You Service.
Once your payment is processed, you’ll lock in your one-time setup fee and activate your ongoing CRM subscription. This gives you access to the full backend system to manage leads, bookings, and automations.
Step 2: Fill Out Your Quick-Start Form
You’ll receive one short form to complete, sharing your main service or offer and a few business details. This helps us tailor you're funnel, Google My Business listing, and automations for your unique setup.
Step 3: We Build Your Online Presence & System
Behind the scenes, I’ll set up your optimised funnel, connect your Google My Business, and install basic automations (like lead follow-up and review requests). You’ll have everything needed to look professional and stay organised.
Step 4: Go Live & Start Getting Found
Once it’s all connected, your system is ready to launch, making it easy for potential clients to find you, book you, and leave reviews… all while you stay in control with one simple dashboard.
